Schedule 2 Display Pro drives every shop-floor TV from one schedule. CNC sees CNC’s jobs,
Assembly sees Assembly’s, Shipping sees what’s ready to go — and the office
updates it all from one admin page. Job numbers, priorities and production statuses included.
Free for 60 days. No credit card, no account. Already use Schedule 2 Display? Pro opens your existing schedule — nothing to re-enter.
What Pro adds
Department TVs. Each TV shows only its department’s jobs — all from one schedule database.
Department list. Set your departments once; every job picks from a dropdown, so no typos split a department in two.
Job numbers. A Job # column on the board and the admin page, matching your travelers and paperwork.
Priority. Critical, High, Normal, Low — Critical and High stand out on the board, and you can sort by priority.
Production statuses. Scheduled, In Progress, Waiting Material, On Hold, Ready to Ship, Complete — each with its own color.
At-a-glance summary. The admin page shows open jobs, overdue, due in the next 7 days, in progress, and jobs per department.
Your logos on the board. Add your company logo beside the board title, and a logo for each department next to its name and on its own TV.
Two board layouts. Keep notices and weather in a side column, or move the clock, weather and notices into a bar across the top so the schedule gets the full width.
Plus everything in Schedule 2 Display: red/amber due-date warnings, completed jobs that clear
themselves after 24 hours, company notices & news, local weather, a repeating promo video,
and a board that picks up every change within seconds.

How department TVs work
1. Run Schedule 2 Display Pro on one PC on your shop network
2. List your departments under Admin → Settings — CNC, Assembly, Finishing, Shipping…
3. Settings shows each department’s TV address, e.g. http://192.168.1.50:5000/?dept=CNC
4. Point each TV’s browser at its address — it shows only that department’s jobs
Company notices show on every TV. Jobs with no department show on the main board only. Add as
many TVs as you have departments — there are no per-screen fees.
Upgrading from Schedule 2 Display?
Close Schedule 2 Display, run the Pro Setup and keep the folder it suggests (your Standard
folder). Your jobs, notices and settings carry over, and the departments you already use fill
the new department list. Pro has its own 60-day trial and its own license key.
Getting started — where’s the admin page?
Run the Setup in the download (it installs to C:\Schedule2DisplayPro, adds a Start
menu shortcut and lets the board through Windows Firewall), then start Schedule 2 Display Pro and
leave its window open; it shows the addresses to use.
The board is http://localhost:5000 on that PC, or
http://<that PC’s address>:5000 from any other PC. The
admin page is the same address with /admin on the end. The first
time you open it, it asks you to create an admin password. The README.txt in the
download covers everything else, including how to reset a forgotten password.
$199.99 — one-time purchase, unlocks the full version
forever. No subscription, no per-screen or per-user fees, ever.
Requires Windows 10/11 on the PC running it (an old office PC works fine) and a TV or
monitor for each display — any web browser in fullscreen/kiosk mode works, no special
hardware or app needed on the display side. Runs entirely on your own network. Current version
1.2.1, digitally signed by Clinton Smart. Installing a newer version keeps your jobs and settings.
Version history
Need an older version? Download links are next to each one below, and every 60Ticks program’s older versions are on the Older versions page.
Version 1.2.1 (current)
Setup fix: if you click Browse to pick your existing folder when updating, it now installs into that exact folder (before, it added a new empty subfolder, so an update could look like it lost your data — the data was still in the old folder).
Now installs with a Setup program: installs to C:\Schedule2DisplayPro, adds a Start menu shortcut, sets up Windows Firewall for the TVs, and updates never touch your jobs or settings.
Logos: a company logo beside the board title on every TV, and a logo per department next to its name and on its own TV (Admin → Branding).
Rebuilt as a smaller program (about 15 MB) that starts in about half a second.
Version 1.1 · download 1.1 (runs from the zip, no installer)
Board layout setting: “Side column” or “Top bar” (clock, weather and notices across the top, schedule full width). Applies to every TV.
No more lost edits: rows you change in the admin job and notice lists are highlighted, and any Save button (or “Save all changes”) saves every changed row. Leaving the page with unsaved changes asks first.
TVs pick up new settings (title, weather, layout, promo video) within about 10 seconds instead of waiting for their 30-minute refresh.
Version 1.0
First release: department TVs, managed department list, job numbers, priorities, production statuses, admin summary.
Why I built it
Schedule 2 Display started on one 50″ TV in our own entryway. Then a custom millwork shop using it asked for more: their CNC, assembly, finishing and shipping areas each wanted a TV showing just their own work — plus job numbers, priorities and statuses like “Waiting Material.”
Everything they asked for made sense for a bigger shop, but it would have cluttered the simple version. So the simple version stays simple, and Pro is for shops with more than one department to keep moving.
Ask a question, suggest a feature, or tell us what isn’t working.
Why a form? Because the minute we post our email address, the spam bots find it too. Here’s the deal: a real person (me) answers as soon as I can, and after that we leave you alone unless you ask for more. Give it a try.
